We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our client in a key role that encompasses capital raising, investor relations, and market research. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial strategy, stakeholder engagement, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Captial Raising: Develop and implement strategic plans to secure funding for real estate investment projects across various asset classes.
  • Investor Relations: Foster strong relationships with investors and stakeholders to drive fundraising efforts and enhance portfolio value.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Indian real estate market.
  • Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals to present to investors and stakeholders, highlighting the potential of each project.
  • Networking: Build and maintain a network of contacts in the industry to stay informed about new opportunities and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful fundraising efforts and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure all fundraising activities comply with relevant regulations and laws, minimizing risk and maximizing returns.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on fundraising progress to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success in capital raising, investor relations, and market research.
  • Industry experience: Real estate fund managers, financial institutions, real estate developers operators, or financial advisory firms.
  • Real Estate Fund Raising experience is a must.
  • Masters / Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • An outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of real estate investment principles.
  • A strong team player, but also able to work independently.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial analysis and modeling.
