Program Manager

Job Description

As a Program Manager, you will oversee and coordinate multiple related initiatives, programs, and/or projects to ensure alignment with strategic goals. This role involves managing the program's scope, schedule, and budget to achieve successful delivery of objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage program/project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and leadership requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and oversee project execution, providing guidance and support to teams to ensure they stay on track and meet objectives.
  • Establish and monitor program/project metrics according to methodology used, tracking progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Foster communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.


Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a related field is required. Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, including PMI, MSP, and Agile, is essential. Proficiency in program management tools and software is also necessary.
