Strategic Execution Lead

About this role:

We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Execution Lead to work closely with our leadership team and drive strategic execution at scale. This pivotal role ensures alignment between strategy, execution, and culture while fostering innovation and growth.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience, preferably with exposure to P&L management or strategic projects. They should have strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to influence without authority.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Partnering: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape and execute organizational strategy.
  2. Business & Financial Leadership: Support P&L oversight with analytical rigor and business acumen.
  3. Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration across dispersed senior leaders to ensure seamless orchestration of priorities.
  4. Change Management & Digital Transformation: Lead technology-driven initiatives that enhance agility and scalability.
  5. Leadership Enablement: Prepare executive presentations, communications, and reports for board and senior stakeholders.
  6. Organizational Culture & Communication: Act as a cultural integrator, helping navigate nuances across teams.

  • Strong ability to influence without authority and build trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in corporate communication dynamics.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and execution capabilities through past projects or business success.
  • Maturity to navigate corporate culture and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Digital native, with proven ability to adapt to and drive technology-enabled change.
