We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Business Development and Sales Officer. This role will focus on generating new leads, building relationships with donors, and growing our existing donor database.

About the Role:
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • To identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as LinkedIn, digital marketing, events, and workshops.
    • To establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors by regular communication and networking.
    • To analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the fundraising game.
    • To collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute donor activities and creative communication strategies.
  • Requirements:
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
    • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with people.
    • A high level of performance orientation and ability to work under pressure.
    • Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • Ability to write and design compelling donor communications.
