Business Development and Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Business Development and Sales Officer. This role will focus on generating new leads, building relationships with donors, and growing our existing donor database.
About the Role:- Key Responsibilities:
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as LinkedIn, digital marketing, events, and workshops.
- To establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors by regular communication and networking.
- To analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the fundraising game.
- To collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute donor activities and creative communication strategies.
- Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with people.
- A high level of performance orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to write and design compelling donor communications.
