Key Responsibilities- To engage with potential customers through various channels, conducting consultations to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- To build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally.
- To meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- To identify and pursue new business opportunities, staying updated on energy efficiency trends and our offerings.
- To provide clear and accurate information about products and benefits to clients.
- To work closely with the marketing, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Proven experience in sales, consultation, or a related role, preferably in energy or HVAC.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
