Job Title: Customer Care RepresentativeWe are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to manage customer care calls, resolve queries, process orders from e-commerce platforms, and ensure excellent post-sales support.Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care / call handling (E-commerce preferred).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-first approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
