Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional technical professional to join our team as an Application Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing a robust Mobile Device Management and MAM system, creating an Android Enterprise Account, deploying an MDM platform, developing security policies, configuring integration with internal applications, providing support and training resources, maintaining ongoing oversight of the MDM environment, architecting a mobile-based VPN solution, and providing Tier 2/3 level support.

About the Role:

  • Develop a Comprehensive MDM Strategy: Implement a robust system that ensures secure management and policy enforcement via Microsoft Intune.
  • Configure Android Enterprise Account: Set up a seamless app store experience, managing users and permissions for corporate mobile devices.
  • Deploy MDM Platform: Configure an MDM platform compatible with Android only, facilitating unified management and policy enforcement.
  • Build Security Policies: Develop and implement security policies covering encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  • Establish Integration: Establish secure authentication and authorization for mobile users by integrating with internal Entra applications and tools.
  • Provide Technical Assistance: Offer end-user and IT staff assistance, including onboarding guidance, troubleshooting, and escalation procedures.
  • Maintain Ongoing Oversight: Regularly update policies and monitor compliance, device health, and security threats within the MDM environment.
  • Implement VPN Solution: Design and implement a mobile-based Android VPN solution to access applications not accessible via public cloud.
  • Offer Advanced Support: Provide support for escalated tickets related to Mobile Device Management enrolment, management, or imaging issues from front-line IT teams and other internal resources during the Hypercare period.
