Seeking a seasoned technical professional to provide level 3/4 support for our applications and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional technical assistance to resolve complex issues using built-in browser tools and scripting languages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes and improve services.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack application support, DevOps, or SRE role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with change management and ITSM.
  • Good knowledge in troubleshooting issues on both application level and infrastructure level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with public clouds and implementing projects on them.
  • Knowledge in application development and deployment processes in web, API, batch & ETL technologies.
  • 3+ experience in application infrastructure support.
