Solve Complex Technical Challenges as a Senior Professional

  • As a senior professional, you will lead the execution of technical activities in various areas of expertise, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective solutions.
  • Responsible for executing maintenance & calibration activities and commissioning projects at site level.
  • You will supervise a team of engineers providing technical assistance and ensuring that best practices are followed.
  • Execute design execution and hand-over projects within budget, schedule, quality, and functionality.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure compliance with industrial standards and regulations. Implement preventive maintenance plans in shutdown intervals according to the scheduled maintenance plan and planned corrective repairs to equipment problems.
  2. Participate in maintenance/reliability reviews of new projects. Execute and follow up any infrastructure/civil work tasks in the production plant.
  3. Supervise change-over operations for production equipment to improve productivity. Coach and motivate new team members. Responsible for personal and professional development.
  4. Perform project HSE management and execute project safety stops/reviews. Execute the project in alignment with key stakeholders. Execute the project according to life cycle costs and project schedules.
  5. Apply state-of-the-art technical solutions according to compliance standards and regulations.
  6. Ensure projects on site are developed through their various stages of scope, definition, approval, and implementation. Obtain permits for maintenance/calibration/projects.
  7. Execute work orders for maintenance/calibration as per method statement/procedure. Responsible for personal and professional development. Update CMMS after maintenance/calibration completion.
  8. Document the execution of calibration. Support building an organizational culture.
