Job Title:

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview:

This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive recruitment processes and develop strategic partnerships. You'll have the opportunity to grow your skills and gain exposure to how a fast-scaling business is built.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
  • Develop and execute effective candidate outreach strategies using platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Design and implement screening and assessment processes, including technical evaluations, video interviews, and evaluation rubrics.
  • Review applications and assess candidates based on their qualifications and experience.
  • Perform background checks and create shortlists for clients.
  • Communicate with candidates and coordinate the hiring process while maintaining a strong brand reputation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with institutional partners, such as universities and colleges.
  • Promote employer branding through events and networking opportunities.
  • Continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes and report on performance metrics.
