We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and oversee our recruitment strategy and execution.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various business units. They will collaborate with department heads, HR teams, and external partners to meet the company's staffing needs and align hiring practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract high-quality candidates across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand workforce requirements and proactively plan recruitment activities.
- Set and monitor key recruitment metrics to ensure goals are met (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate).
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists and coordinators, ensuring a high-performing, efficient, and motivated team.
- Provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to enhance recruitment effectiveness and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a business role or as a recruiter/HR professional.
Candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruitment, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
