Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our dynamic team as an HR Executive.

  • About the Role:
    • The ideal candidate will be instrumental in supporting end-to-end tech recruitment while ensuring smooth core HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Tech Hiring & Recruitment:
    • Talent Sourcing: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create job descriptions.
    • Candidate Management: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for tech roles, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
    • Recruitment Strategy: Utilize various channels to attract top tech talent.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • HR Operations:
    • Onboarding & Induction: Oversee the entire onboarding process for new hires, including pre-joining formalities, documentation, background checks, and induction program.
    • Leave & Attendance Management: Manage the leave and attendance system, process leave requests, and maintain accurate employee records.
    • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to compensation, leaves, salary deductions, and other HR-related matters.
    • Data Management: Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS with high accuracy.
    • Compliance: Assist in ensuring all HR processes and records comply with company policies and legal requirements.
