Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to lead end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people analytics initiatives. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing hiring strategies, building employer brand, running engagement and retention programs, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition plans to source, screen, interview, and close top talent.
  • Own the development and execution of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies to attract passive talent.
  • Design and run employee onboarding, engagement, and retention programs to drive business results.
  • Use data-driven insights to track hiring funnel KPIs, attrition, engagement scores, and workforce planning; present findings to leadership.
  • Partner with managers on performance management, goal-setting, and career-pathing frameworks to drive employee growth.
  • Drive learning & development initiatives and succession planning to build a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, as well as compensation administration and policy documentation.
  • Act as an employee champion — coach leaders, handle escalations sensitively, and maintain a positive work culture.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrable ownership of talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • MBA (HR) or equivalent strongly preferred.
  • Track record of hiring technical roles and business functions.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with HR metrics and dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Good understanding of employment laws and compliance basics.
