Job Responsibilities:- Strategy Development: Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to achieve high performance.
- Workforce Planning: Develop and implement workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
- Employer Branding: Build and promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages.
- Partnerships: Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.
- Talent Partnerships: Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
- Talent Intelligence: Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.
- External Partnerships: Drive strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.
- Recruitment Metrics: Establish recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire) and ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies.
- Technology Integration: Implement advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges.
- Niche Talent: Develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Talent Pipelining: Ability to drive employer branding and build strong talent pipelines for niche roles.
