  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and providing timely updates on candidate progress.\
  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.\
  • Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve the overall recruitment process.\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.\
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.\
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and systems.
