The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent to support the organization's diverse teams.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of candidates
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Facilitating the interview process and providing feedback to candidates
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition. You should also be familiar with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR recruiter, preferably with experience recruiting for non-IT positions
- Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and best practices in talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
