As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating with vendors and their services to cater to the needs of US and international customers. This role also entails timely reporting to management regarding daily, weekly, quarterly, and monthly performance metrics.Company Profile

Work Schedule - Night Shift (Required)
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a good understanding of vendor selection, negotiation, onboarding, and contract management.
- Possess a solid grasp of sales orders and purchase orders.
- Have hands-on experience in MS Excel.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude to handle critical cases.
- Show out-of-the-box thinking to take initiative in resolving queries.
- Be self-driven and capable of taking critical decisions when required.
- Have expertise in customer/vendor handling and internal team coordination.
- Be proactive in sensing customer/vender needs.
- Have experience in escalation handling.
