Job Title: Proposal Engineer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Proposal Engineer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for industrial filtration products and processes, ensuring compliance with performance requirements, quality standards, cost targets, and project timelines.

This role is crucial in supporting our mission to address complex process-related challenges through world-class solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and technical expertise in the filtration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for industrial filtration products and processes.
  • Acquire and deepen knowledge of technical parameters related to pressure vessels and filtration systems.
  • Design and size filters to meet specific application requirements.
  • Utilize ASME calculations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations in response to customer inquiries and sales team requests.
  • Oversee the successful implementation and execution of after-sales service initiatives.
  • Provide comprehensive product and application training to internal sales teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
