Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing commercial and technical proposals for OEM and Non-OEM compressor products and associated ancillary package equipment.

  • You will work closely with our sales team to gather requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Developing detailed proposals that include cost estimates, project timelines, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Perform risk assessment and feasibility studies to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Manage the preparation and issuance of Request for Quotations (RFQs) to major sub-suppliers.
  • Provide technical support to customers during the proposal development process.
  • Analyze data and develop reports to measure project performance and provide insights for future improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Oil & Gas) or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in proposal development, estimation, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of compressor product design and performance, including centrifugal and reciprocating compressors.
  • Familiarity with turbo machinery equipment, including aero-thermodynamic performance and control systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
