Job Title:

Compressor Proposal Specialist

  • Develop and deliver high-quality commercial and technical proposals for compressor products and associated equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and prepare quotations for extended scope projects.
  • Define commercial terms in accordance with organizational policies and rules.
  • Support the client-facing team in improving the value proposition through data analysis.
  • Attend meetings with customers and provide technical support.
  • Prepare order entry package documents and maintain internal databases and processes.

Requirements:

  • A sound Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Oil & Gas).
  • Proven experience as a Proposal/Estimation Engineer or related work experience.
  • Sound knowledge of compressor products, including centrifugal and reciprocating compressor design.
  • Knowledge of turbo machinery equipment and control systems is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of machine design, thermodynamic principles, and compressor performance application theory.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Office suite and regular user of system tools available to Sales Technical Support functions.
