Job Title: Business Proposal Developer

We are seeking a skilled business proposal developer to lead the development of proposals for IT-focused projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing winning bids for federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders, ensuring compliance with federal requirements. The selected individual will be responsible for collaborating with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and develop win themes for IT solutions.

This position requires strong project management skills, including the ability to manage proposal schedules and deliverables using project management tools. The successful candidate will also have excellent writing and reviewing skills, with the ability to write and review proposal content for clarity and persuasiveness, adhering to FAR, DFARS, and IT-specific standards.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have expertise in federal procurement processes and IT compliance standards. A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is required, along with 6+ years of experience in proposal management/writing for U.S. federal bidding for IT projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop winning bids for federal RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and task orders, ensuring compliance with federal requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT stakeholders to gather requirements and develop win themes for IT solutions.
  • Manage proposal schedules and deliverables using project management tools.
  • Write and review proposal content for clarity and persuasiveness, adhering to FAR, DFARS, and IT-specific standards.
  • Coordinate proposal reviews and maintain compliance matrices and IT-focused content libraries.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in proposal management/writing for U.S. federal bidding for IT projects.
