Job Overview:
This position is an exceptional opportunity for a talented and ambitious professional to lead our business development initiatives. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for forging and nurturing strategic relationships with key clients, driving growth and revenue expansion.
To achieve this, you will need to possess a deep understanding of customer decision-making structures, enabling you to facilitate strong connections between internal leadership and customers. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing targeted business plans with customers to foster lasting partnerships
- Managing the entire request for proposal process from customers, ensuring seamless compliance with internal processes and timely submissions
- Expanding existing relationships by proactively identifying evolving customer needs and proposing tailored solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensuring timely delivery of products and services to customers
- Serving as the primary liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, facilitating information exchange
- Resolving customer issues and managing complaints to maintain high levels of trust and satisfaction
- Preparing regular reports on progress and forecasts for both internal and external stakeholders
- Tracking customer inquiries and pursuing new business opportunities
- Maintaining a comprehensive database of business development-related data, including purchase orders, meeting minutes, historical sales data, financial calculations, presentations, reports, and other relevant documentation
Market Research:

- Continuously collecting market intelligence to inform business decisions
- Identifying upcoming opportunities for business expansion and strategic partnerships
- Gathering industry information and client insights
- Generating leads and screening potential business opportunities
- Conducting research on organizations and individuals to uncover new growth opportunities
