Appointment Setter Opportunity

We're seeking highly motivated and results-driven communicators with a passion for sales and lead generation to join our growing team.

About the Role:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services.
  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Proven experience working with Australian and US clients.
  • Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation.

Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly plan: $3 AUD per hour below 3 KPI, $5 AUD per hour for 4-5 bookings, and $10 AUD per additional booking from the 6th onward.
  • $20 AUD per converted client.
