Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in lead generation, specifically within the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales pipelines, digital marketing techniques, and B2B/B2C outreach. You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new B2B and B2C leads through various channels including digital campaigns, social media, cold calling, and travel-related platforms.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to increase sales opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create targeted campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, travel agents, and corporate customers.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, partnerships, webinars, and travel exhibitions.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to improve product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in lead generation or sales in the travel industry.
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel management and digital marketing tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of domestic and international travel products is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM, paid ads, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
  • Passion for travel and tourism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
