Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven talent acquisition manager to lead our hiring efforts.

  • The ideal candidate will report directly to the head of talent acquisition and collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • This role involves building overall talent strategy, including determining the number, skills, and experience of personnel required to meet client requirements and improve overall team productivity.
  • Responsibilities include designing talent strategies, planning, acquisition, headcount forecasting, and providing expert recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Owning the end-to-end recruitment process from board approval to onboarding is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • The successful candidate will also drive special projects and initiatives, ensuring all aspects of the recruitment and selection process are adhered to.
Eligibility Criteria
  • A master's degree or equivalent in education and experience.
  • Minimum 12+ years of related experience.
  • Experience in managing people.
  • Extensive experience in HR data and HR systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
  • Autonomy and strategic thinking are essential qualities for success in this role.
