Talent Acquisition Specialist Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to play a key role in hiring top technology and product talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Build and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience, ideally with corporate recruiting environment with full life cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience in a senior recruitment role managing senior level roles with driving strategic approaches, ideally IT hiring.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to partner with business leaders on their manpower plans and hiring strategies.
