We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to making job offers.
Key Responsibilities:- Understand hiring requirements of hiring managers and develop effective strategies to meet those needs.
- Source high-quality candidates through niche platforms, referrals, and social media networks.
- Review resumes and screen candidates to ensure they possess the required skills and qualifications.
- Advertise job openings on various channels, including company careers pages, social media, and job boards.
- Attract top talent through targeted marketing campaigns and networking events.
- Schedule interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Perform in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates to assess their fit for the role.
- Maintain relationships with consultants and vendors to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Negotiate job offers and compensation packages with candidates, taking into account market trends and company policies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest hiring trends, best practices, and industry developments.
- Perform reference and background checks to verify candidate information.
