Human Resource Partner Role

The role of a Human Resource Partner revolves around focusing on people's goals, including partnering with business leaders and hiring managers to understand and identify hiring requirements for employees at all levels. Additionally, this position involves building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs using creative sourcing channels and out-of-the-box thinking.

Key responsibilities include overseeing and measuring recruitment metrics for monitoring performance, as well as partnering with managers and employees to understand issues and help resolve them through HR practices, processes, or policies.

  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand and identify hiring requirements for employees at all levels.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs using creative sourcing channels and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Oversee and measure recruitment metrics for monitoring performance.
  • Partner with managers and employees to understand issues and help resolve them through HR practices, processes, or policies.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience of successfully supporting and partnering employees.
  • Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment.
  • Ability to work with business and HR stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and people skills.
