Talent Acquisition Lead - Global Hiring

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our global hiring efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic talent acquisition plans to meet business objectives.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and experienced recruiter to lead our global talent acquisition function. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process for assigned locations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to stay informed about market trends and best practices.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and improve candidate quality.

Requirements:

  • 12-14 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in global HR Shared Services hiring/Shared Services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

  • Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex recruitment plans.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team of recruiters.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
