Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sourcing professionals and provide guidance and mentorship to enhance their performance.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Evaluate and optimize sourcing processes to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates for diverse roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition technologies and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt new systems.
