Strategic HR Partner

We seek a seasoned professional to join our team as a Strategic HR Partner.

This role requires a highly skilled individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. A proactive problem-solving approach is essential, along with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Coordination
    • Support the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
    • Map out strategic timelines and budgets for hiring in consultation with the Talent Acquisition Lead.
    • Maintain candidate engagement from selection to joining.
  • Employee Engagement & Events
    • Coordinate and execute events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance organizational culture and employee connect.
  • Learning & Development Support
    • Assist the L&D function in executing training programs and evaluating their effectiveness.
    • Collect and analyze post-training feedback to support continuous improvement in capability-building initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • Support the HR Operations Officer in HR audits, data management, and compliance activities.
    • Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records and adherence to company policies.
  • Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding
    • Confirm candidate joining, arrange necessary logistics.
    • Facilitate onboarding activities including documentation, buddy assignment, and employee kit distribution.
    • Organize and execute the induction program covering HR policies, department orientation, and plant tours.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition and HR business partnering.
  • Experience in onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations preferred.
