  • Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify top talent, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct thorough interviews to ensure the best fit for our organization.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate smooth hiring decisions.
