Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Summary

This is a key role within the organization that focuses on developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for frontline roles.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, vendors, social media, and networking events, to reach potential candidates.

Process Management:

  • Manage the entire hiring process, from initial screening and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Implement structured interview processes and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Management and Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate effectively with hiring managers, HR staff, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive hiring experience.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience with a graduate degree.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, sourcing, and hiring.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
