IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced IT recruiter with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your expertise and work with a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit top talent for IT positions by building relationships with potential candidates, managing the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring seamless communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on recruitment metrics and trends.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment with a strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with full-time hiring, including developing and implementing hiring plans.
  • Knowledge of different work authorizations and VISAs in North America.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience planning and managing networking events or projects.
