Job Title: Recruiter Intern
Department: Human Resources
Location: Pune NIBM (Work from Office) Monday to Friday
Reports to: HR & TA Specialist
Duration: 6 months (with potential for full-time conversion based on performance)

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to support our HR team in sourcing and hiring top talent. This internship is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in a fast-paced digital agency setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in writing and posting job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
  • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other professional networks
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates
  • Maintain and update the applicant database and track recruitment metrics
  • Support onboarding processes and documentation
  • Participate in employer branding and outreach activities
  • Help with internal HR tasks and administrative support as needed
Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Interest in recruitment and human resources
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic knowledge of hiring platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.) is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office
