Play a pivotal role in hiring top technology and product talent as a Talent Acquisition Professional.

Drive end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product management, and leadership roles with seamless hiring experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic workforce plans to attract high-caliber talent across engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Design and manage data-driven recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and optimize processes.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to build proactive talent pipelines and understand organizational needs.
  • Leverage data insights to reduce time-to-hire and enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Utilize business partnering skills to build relationships at all levels and drive innovative resourcing solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders on manpower planning, hiring strategies, and talent availability.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service standards to internal and external candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Establish and maintain talent pipelines within lines of business through targeted candidate interactions.
  • Consult on selection decisions, offers, and HR policies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Present recommendations for selected candidates to management and consult on hiring processes.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with corporate recruiting environments and full life cycle recruiting expertise.
  • Senior recruitment experience managing senior-level roles with driving strategic approaches, ideally in IT hiring.
  • Excellent business partnering skills, relationship-building abilities, and a strong consulting background.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
