Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing to support our bulk hiring needs.

This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their sourcing expertise, partner closely with recruiters, and build a strong foundation in strategic hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and other tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit and interest.
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups and data accuracy.
  • Support interview coordination and feedback tracking.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and candidate experience improvements.
  • Prepare weekly sourcing reports and insights for internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Any Bachelor's degree.
