
Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Loyalty Program Development: Create and implement innovative loyalty programs that align with our strategic goals, focusing on volume growth, better product mix, and network expansion in the lubricants market.
- Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of loyalty programs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Program Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle, including onboarding, communication, and reward fulfillment.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, digital) to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Customer Engagement: Design strategies to engage and motivate customers to participate in loyalty programs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze customer and distributor behavior to refine program mechanics and improve ROI.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Performance Review: Lead quarterly reviews and annual conventions to recognize top performers and gather feedback.
- Budget Management: Ensure cost-effective execution and maximize ROI.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on loyalty trends and competitor programs to ensure differentiation and relevance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all loyalty programs comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Masters / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Work Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in loyalty program management, preferably within the automotive or lubricants industry.
