Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth in the educational industry.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and develop effective plans to meet them.

This role is part of our sales team, focusing on business development and institutional sales in the education sector. We are looking for someone with experience in lead generation, business development, and sales management.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, and customers.
  2. Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
  3. Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone.
  4. Understand customer needs and develop effective plans to meet them.
  5. Think strategically, seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business.
  6. Work strategically, carrying out necessary planning to implement operational changes.
