Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to join our team in a dynamic role that involves building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, providing exceptional post-sales support, and up-selling clients on premium plans and benefits.
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting connections with key stakeholders in assigned regions.
- Provide tailored post-sales assistance and escalation management to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand client engagement through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
- Promote client retention through successful account management and strategic renewals.
- Contribute to revenue growth by developing innovative referral strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales is required for this position.
- Candidates must possess a reliable two-wheeler vehicle for frequent travel.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English language is essential, while knowledge of regional languages is considered an asset.
