About the Role:

As a key member of our team, the Wellness Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in driving wellness engagement growth plans and delivering exceptional client service. This position requires building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments, as well as staying up-to-date on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to establish implementation timelines and metrics for new accounts.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Provide superior client management and client service while developing a deep understanding of the industry.
  • Evaluate, strategize, present, and implement wellness program designs that meet client goals and improve member health.
  • Review population aggregate and participation status reports with clients and make strategic recommendations for ongoing program management and member engagement.
  • Identify potential program enhancements to increase member satisfaction using trend data.
  • Proactively monitor and measure assigned client program data and provide timely and meaningful insights to clients.
  • Work with clients to improve annual wellness programming year-over-year, employing a consultative and solution-based approach.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of work experience, largely in the Insurance industry.
  • Prior experience in managing corporate Wellness programs.
  • Excellent client engagement skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Quick, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
  • Ability to orchestrate cross-functional engagements.
  • Good negotiation skills.
