About this role

We are seeking a skilled HR Engagement and Initiatives Specialist to join our team. In this critical position, you will play a pivotal role in fostering engagement, creating transparent communication channels, and driving initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing the employee experience throughout their lifecycle. This will involve conducting structured employee connects, leveraging HR analytics to generate actionable insights, and using data to inform objective decision-making.

This role requires strong analytical skills, with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting. You should be able to derive actionable insights from data and present them to stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for designing and implementing engagement programs to foster a positive work environment, developing and executing the annual engagement calendar for all stakeholders, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform decision-making on HR strategies and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in HR engagement, employee lifecycle management, or similar roles.
  • Proven ability to create and implement engagement calendars that align with organizational goals.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in HR analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in designing and managing surveys and analyzing results.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employee engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Slack, MS Excel, HRMS tools, or data visualization platforms.
