Key Responsibilities
- Engagement Strategy: Ideate,own and implement tailored employee engagement programs for different business units to improve eNPS for the organisation
- Culture Building: Promote a strong company culture through virtual and in-person initiatives.
- Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication channels between remote and in-office employees.
- Recognition & Rewards: Design and manage employee recognition programs to boost morale and motivation.
- Surveys & Feedback: Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Well-being & Work-Life Balance: Implement wellness programs and initiatives to support employees' mental and physical health.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and host virtual and physical events to strengthen team bonding and collaboration.
- HR Analytics: Use data-driven insights to measure engagement levels and recommend improvements.
Who you are:
- Education MBA HR/Event Management
- Proven 1+ years experience conducting in person ,Virtual and Hybrid employee events
- Project management skills & planning
- Innovative & out of the Box thinking for engagement
- Experience in setting up & driving employee engagement platforms (e.g. XOXO day, Qualtrics, Slack)
- Email communication skills
- Excellent oratory and event hosting skill
- Go-getter attitude
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times
