The Employee Experience Partner plays a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and delivering exceptional experiences.
- Accountable for the entire Employee Life Cycle from joining till exit
- Senses and responds to the pulse of the organization, implements listening mechanisms, and leverages feedback
- Executes gold-standard HR interventions across performance, rewards, learning, and talent management
- Handles employee grievances, fosters strong employee connections, and ensures adherence to disciplinary protocols
- Resolves Employee Relations/ Industrial Relations issues in partnership with COE
- Collaborates cross-functionally with COEs to deliver seamless people solutions
Key Responsibilities:

- Confidentiality and Trustworthiness: Maintains confidentiality and trust
- Empathy: Understands and relates to employees' needs and concerns
