The Wellness Program Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive wellness programs that cater to the unique needs of clients. This involves creating strategic growth plans, executing them, and monitoring their progress.

  • This role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams, while providing exceptional client management and service.">
  • The Wellness Program Manager will work closely with the Sales and Account Management team to establish implementation timelines and metrics for new accounts.">
  • Travel may be required for onsite meetings and kick-off events.">
  • Confidently evaluate and implement wellness program designs that meet client goals and help members achieve their healthiest selves.">
  • Review and analyze population data and participation reports with clients on a regular basis, making recommendations for ongoing program management and member engagement.">
  • Identify potential program enhancements to increase member satisfaction using trend data.">
  • Monitor and measure client program data throughout the year, providing timely insights and recommendations.">
  • Employ a consultative approach to ascertain and articulate the value proposition with each client's strategic goals and objectives.">
  • Communicate proactively with assigned clients, serving as their main point of contact for day-to-day operational support.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Any graduate degree

- Minimum 3+ years of work experience, primarily in the insurance industry

- Prior experience in managing corporate wellness programs

- Excellent client engagement skills

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Quick, analytical, and growth-oriented mindset

- Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams
