Executive Compensation Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Executive Compensation Specialist. This role involves managing all aspects of Total Rewards, including executive remuneration and stock portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing compensation structures and incentive programs, as well as establishing linkages between compensation and performance-based outcomes. They will also be responsible for the design and deployment of large-impact reward programs, financial impact analysis, and scenario-building.

Requirements:
  • MBA from a top business school
  • 10+ years of core compensation domain experience in similar organizations
  • Relevant experience in compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to navigate MS Excel modeling with ease
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders and operate independently, working together with teams
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Designing total rewards strategies that align with business objectives
  2. Developing and implementing effective compensation structures and incentive programs
  3. Benchmarking reward programs with market intelligence to remain ahead of industry curve
  4. Providing expert advice on compensation and benefits matters
