Job Title: Total Rewards Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation strategy, benefits administration, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement compensation structures aligned with business objectives and market competitiveness.
  • Design and manage employee benefits programs (health, insurance, retirement, wellness, etc.).
  • Drive annual compensation review cycles (increments, promotions, and bonus payouts).
  • Evaluate effectiveness of benefits and recommend changes in line with employee needs and cost optimization.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
