**Key Deliverables:**

  1. We are seeking a seasoned professional to design and manage compensation programs, including salary, variable pay, and equity.
  2. The successful candidate will oversee annual compensation review cycles, covering adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.
  3. Our ideal candidate will lead benefits program administration, encompassing insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  4. This role requires conducting market benchmarking and ensuring legal compliance in compensation and benefits.

**Role Responsibilities:**

  1. The Senior Manager of Total Rewards will collaborate with HR partners and leadership on compensation strategies and job evaluations.
  2. They will monitor budgets and provide variance analysis reports to leadership.
  3. Negotiation skills are essential for this role as the candidate will need to negotiate with external vendors to optimize benefits services.
  4. The successful candidate will support documentation, communication, and execution of benefits and ESOP plans.
