This is 1 year contract role available in both Hyderabad and Bangalore locationDoes the challenge of driving decisions in a dynamic environment excite you Do you love solving business problems using technology Are you seeking an environment where you can drive innovation Are you a passionate self-starter If the answer to the above questions is a resounding YES read on We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team In this role you will assist the Lead Program Manager L6 in conducting deep-dive analyses defining program roadmaps executing well-defined parts of recruitment programs and coordinating with stakeholders You will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing solutions to simplify recruitment challenges under guidance Key Responsibilities Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage relationships across multiple teams Dwell deeper into processes to define solutions to simple recruitment challenges under guidance Exhibit a high level of attention to detail including the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Break down complex processes into simple sequential steps and execute them holistically Work collaboratively with team members as a cohesive unit to accomplish tasks and achieve shared goals Preferred qualifications Key job responsibilities Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and manage relationships across multiple teams Dwell deeper into processes to define solutions to simple recruitment challenges under guidance Exhibit a high level of attention to detail including the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Break down complex processes into simple sequential steps and execute them holistically Work collaboratively with team members as a cohesive unit to accomplish tasks and achieve shared goals BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor s degree - 1 years of human resources experience - Minimum of 2 years of experience in supporting programs or projects PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master s degree in management business administration economics engineering marketing - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level including pivot tables charts multiple criteria lookups nested logical IF formulas data cleansing array formulas etc - Experience in handling analyzing and generating insights from data - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
