This role will involve managing relationships with distribution partners, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring seamless communication between sales teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement channel management strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Manage relationships with distribution partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategies that enhance the customer experience
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- 5-10 years of experience in leadership roles within sales, channel management, sales operations, or customer service
- Extensive experience in managing relationships with distribution partners and understanding various channel strategies and models
- Experience in developing and implementing customer service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision making skills
- Project management experience and industry knowledge
